Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "pojko", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pojko platform and its operating entity, which provides online sports betting and casino gaming services accessible at pojko.io.
• "You", "the Player", "the User" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places wagers through the pojko platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the pojko platform, through which all betting, gaming, deposit, and withdrawal activity is conducted.
• "Platform" refers collectively to the pojko website at pojko.io, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all services, features, and content made available through them.
• "Funds" or "Balance" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳) amount held in a User's pojko Account, inclusive of deposited funds and any bonus credits separately identified.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by pojko that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before a withdrawal of related winnings is permitted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals may be processed and as required by pojko's anti-money-laundering obligations.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to the actions listed in Section 9 of these Terms, which are strictly forbidden and may result in account suspension or termination.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pojko platform, completing the account registration process, or placing any wager or casino game stake, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the pojko Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and pojko with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.

Eligibility

To open and maintain a pojko Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. pojko strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered players. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required.
2. You are accessing the pojko platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
3. You are not currently self-excluded from any gambling platform or operating under a voluntary gambling restriction that would prohibit your use of pojko.
4. You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering an account for or on behalf of any third party.
5. You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of pojko or any entity affiliated with pojko, nor are you a member of the immediate family of any such person.
6. You have not previously had a pojko Account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one pojko Account. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether using different personal details, payment methods, or devices, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You further agree to notify pojko promptly of any changes to the information provided at registration.

pojko reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any point, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or as part of ongoing KYC compliance. You agree to provide any documents reasonably requested by pojko in connection with these checks, including but not limited to:

• National identity card (NID) or passport
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your name)
• Source of funds declaration where the cumulative deposit amount exceeds a threshold determined by pojko's compliance team

pojko is not liable for any loss incurred as a result of your failure to provide requested verification documents in a timely manner.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All Account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). pojko accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and major debit and credit cards where available. pojko does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party payment sources not registered in your name.

Deposits: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your pojko Account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. pojko is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Once verified, withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours of the request being approved by pojko's payments team. Withdrawal requests submitted on public holidays or during high-volume periods may take up to 72 hours.

pojko does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. pojko is not responsible for any charges levied by third-party payment providers.

Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on pojko are governed by the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these general Terms, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

pojko offers pre-match and in-play (live) betting across cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis, basketball, volleyball, and a range of virtual sports. The following general principles apply to all wagers:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation and pojko is not bound by any odds displayed in error.
• pojko reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that has been created in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances where it is evident that a technical malfunction has occurred.
• Where a sporting event is postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. Generally, if a match is not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your Account Balance promptly following official confirmation of the result. pojko reserves the right to delay settlement where the result is subject to official review, protest, or appeal.
• pojko accepts no responsibility for bets placed by Players who are in error about the identity of an event, market, team, player, or outcome.

Casino Games

The pojko casino library comprises games sourced from third-party certified game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games operate on independently audited random number generation (RNG) software and the Return to Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider in accordance with their published specifications.

pojko does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to alter the RNG results of any game provided by its certified third-party partners. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a casino game session, the following principles apply:

• Any incomplete game round where a malfunction is confirmed by pojko's technical team will be voided and the stake for that round returned to the Player's Account Balance.
• Winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction are void and do not constitute a valid claim for payment.
• pojko will investigate all reported technical issues promptly and communicate the outcome to the affected Player via the registered account email.

Live dealer games streamed by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are subject to the rules published by those providers within the game interface. pojko accepts no liability for disputes arising from the application of live dealer game rules where such rules are clearly displayed within the game environment.

Bonuses and Promotions

pojko offers a range of promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and the T20 World Cup. Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, including eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, and expiry dates.

General bonus conditions applicable to all pojko promotions:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as cash.
• Each eligible Player may claim each promotion once unless the promotion expressly states otherwise.
• pojko reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds will be forfeited if the Account is closed or the Player self-excludes before the applicable wagering requirements have been completed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pojko platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information at registration or during any KYC verification process.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, operate the casino, or interact with the platform in any way not intended for human use.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that exploits advance knowledge of a manipulated sporting outcome.
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, glitches, or pricing inefficiencies in the platform in a systematic or deliberate manner.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, compromise, or disrupt the pojko platform, its servers, or any related infrastructure.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting across pojko and any other platform in a systematic manner that constitutes abuse of pojko's pricing.
• Sharing login credentials with any third party or allowing any other individual to access your Account.

Responsible Gaming

pojko is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Account holders and may be activated at any time via the Account settings panel or by contacting pojko support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your Account. Limits take effect immediately; increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automated notifications that alert you when a defined period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will be unable to deposit or place wagers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the pojko platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a registered Player. You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the pojko platform or its content without the express prior written consent of pojko.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pojko's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your pojko Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pojko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether pojko has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pojko does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary service unavailability. pojko will endeavour to minimise disruption and will provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

Privacy and Data Protection

pojko collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account and using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pojko employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions between your device and the pojko platform. Account passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing. pojko will never request your password via email, live chat, or any communication channel.
